Terms of Service — Barber Collectives

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, products and services provided by VGR USA LLC d/b/a Barber Collectives ("Barber Collectives", "we", "us"). Barber Collectives is operated by VGR USA LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or purchasing from barbercollectives.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Business model

Barber Collectives is an online-only retailer. VGR USA LLC is the merchant of record for every order: we take payment, own the customer relationship and handle support, returns and warranty coordination. Fulfillment is completed by our U.S. distribution partners in Whittier, California and Clifton, New Jersey. Our Miami, Florida address is the registered and mailing address only and is not a warehouse.

Where we sell

We sell and ship within the United States only. We do not offer international checkout or international shipping.

Orders and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed at checkout. We may cancel an order because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or inventory unavailability, and will refund any amount charged.

Shipping

Standard shipping is $7 for orders under $75 and free for orders of $75 or more after applicable discounts. Processing is 1–2 business days and standard transit is 3–5 business days. We do not offer expedited, overnight, next-day or 2-day shipping. See our Shipping Policy for full terms.

Returns and refunds

Returns require an RMA and are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to exclusions. The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns; Barber Collectives pays approved return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, images and pricing. Manufacturer specifications and warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and may change without notice.

Intellectual property

Site content, including logos, text, images and designs, is the property of VGR USA LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Manufacturer names, marks and images are used for product identification only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement beyond normal retail sourcing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VGR USA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
