Shipping Policy — Barber Collectives

Barber Collectives is operated by VGR USA LLC. VGR USA LLC d/b/a Barber Collectives is the merchant of record for every order.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States only. We do not offer international checkout or international shipping. Orders can be delivered to all 50 states, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping rates

  • Orders under $75: flat $7 standard shipping.
  • Orders of $75 or more, after applicable discounts: free standard shipping.

The $75 threshold is evaluated on the merchandise subtotal after any discount is applied. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the threshold. Certain oversized, freight and lithium-battery items are excluded from free shipping; any exclusion is shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and transit

  • Processing: 1–2 business days.
  • Standard transit: 3–5 business days after processing.

We do not offer expedited, overnight, next-day or 2-day shipping. Delivery estimates are business days and exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Carrier delays, weather and address corrections can extend transit.

Where orders ship from

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. distribution partners in Whittier, California and Clifton, New Jersey. Our Miami, Florida address is the registered and mailing address of VGR USA LLC; it is not a warehouse and does not ship or receive orders.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. You can also track your order at https://barbercollectives.com/track-order.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

Inspect your package on arrival. If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days at support@barbercollectives.com so we can open a carrier claim on your behalf.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a shipping address. Once a label is printed we cannot guarantee a change, but we will do our best to help.
